Default Turn signal Help

Hello all,

I have just installed a Mad Jax light and blinker kit for my 2012 Club Car President. I have changed out the front lamps to LEDs for the brightness. Now when I use the Blinkers all the LEDs flash. What ever blinker I have on is much brighter than the others blinking but they still blink. The rear lights are also LED as well.

You should have two bulbs for headlights, and two for side markers.

If your headlights are flashing while the blinker is engaged, there may be an issue with how you wired your relay. MadJunks sometimes color codes things wrong in their instruction. Anytime I do a blinker upgrade, I use a volt meter to ensure I am placing the correct wire in the correct port on the relay.

Also, make sure the grey bullet/butt end wire is plugged in to the female bullet/butt end of the harness. This is often ignored for some reason.

Send some pics of the wire assembly and we can look and see if your relay is wired wrong.

Lastly make sure it is the actual light coming on and not just light from the blinker spilling over and giving the illusion it is powering the LED lights.

I have not got a chance to send Pics yet as I am on the road traveling for work. Yes I have four separate Bulbs and yes the head lights blink dimly when using the blinker including the rear LED tail lights the side that the blinker is on is much brighter on the tail light. When the head lights are on there is no issue.

Here are a few pictures of the wiring. I see the gray wire with male bullet connector but I do not see a female bullet to plug it in to.

Ok I did find the female bullet connector and hooked it up no change in the way all the LED lights seem to flash when the blinker is used.

How did you wire the relay? The black square box looking thing with the 4 male connectors.
