Default Club Car DS shakes, does not move forward

So I was tooling along this afternoon when my 2002 Club Car just stopped moving.
When I press the accelerator the cart shakes a little, but does not move forward. I've experienced a similar shaking or shuttering sensation before. Mostly it would occur at takeoff, just before the cart moved forward. On a rare occasion, a shudder like this has occurred while in motion, though just for a split second before going back to normal operation.
Now the cart just sits in place and shakes when the accelerator is depressed. The shuddering seems to be coming from the motor. It seems like the motor is turning, but the wheels are not.
In similar posts I've seen questions about the voltage of the pack. I've tested mine at more than 51 volts, each battery at higher than 8.4.
When I plug in the Powerdrive charger, it does not even attempt to charge.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

You did not post the Serial number, but assuming You have a Series drive below:

The two symptoms together point to a failure of the OBC.

Check the fuse on the OBC red wire to make sure it is not blown.

If the fuse is OK and the Solenoid is not clicking:
Disconnect the yellow wire from the small Solenoid post.
Run a new 16ga wire from the small solenoid post where the yellow wire was connected directly to pack negative or Controller B-.

Thanks for the response Sergio.
The wiring diagram is very similar, but I do not have a fuse on the red wire between the OBC and the 3 pin connector.
The SN is AS0216139597.
I do see the word "Fused" printed on the OBC itself.
Do I have a different configuration than the one in your diagram?

You probably have an MCOR:

Is the solenoid clicking? If not You can still do the Yellow wire test.

I don't hear anything clicking, so I'm thinking no.
If the solenoid were clicking, that would suggest a problematic solenoid?
Also, do I understand correctly that your suggestion is a methodbof bypassing the OBC to diagnose it definitely as the culprit?
Thanks again.

Correct, if the OBC stopped working:
The solenoid would not activate.
The charger would not start.

Well I disconnected the small yellow wire from the solenoid, then ran a 16 ga jump wire from that solenoid connection to the B- connection on the controller.
As far as I can tell, the result was the exact same thing as before. I press the accelerator and I get a shaking that feels like the motor turning.
I am not sure what the solenoid "Clicking" sounds like, but there is one distinct click that is typical of any electric golf cart I've driven immediately upon the accelerator being depressed. That click is definitely present.
While I was at it I also went through the motions to reset the OBC, but it sounds like maybe that's not the problem after all?

I think you need to jack the cart up and put it on jack stands and do a motor test to see if the motor has gone bad.

Have seen a bad battery or bad battery connection do this same symptom as well.
