Default 30+ mph possible for 04 precedent?

I have several friends who get 30+ mph with their carts... What needs to be done to get similar performance?

All stock except tires (215-35-12) with club car speed boost.. Goes 20mph max. I do have back stock seats & extended factory top.

What is your model/serial #
What is the Speed Boost , is this a controller or program option.

48 or 36 Volt motor ( I think you could still get 36 Volt in 2004 )?
Battery Config ?
4 each 12 Volt Batteries ?, 6 each 8 Volt Batteries ? or 6 each 6 Volt Batteries ?
Year of the Batteries (2004 I'm guessing)

He is trying to get a Precedent 48V IQ to run 30 plus. Not a cheap endeaver by any stretch. I think the boost he is talking about is the private code 4 from CC.

Tell ya what I want to do. I want to find a bummed out Precedent to covert to a series cart. That lightweight chasis with 22's, 6x8's, a D390 and a 650 Alltrax..... Whew............. I thought I had one for $1100. last weekend but I was beat out by about an hour. I had to go get the cash and by the time I called the guy back to get directions, it was gone.

Still looking!
