Scroll down on the bottom of the controller or throttle screen, not sure in that new version, it should say: 0-5k 3 Wire

Let's back up a little bit.... Have you checked your batteries under load? I see where the Alltrax software says your battery voltage is 48.8 percent. That's not real good. It's not horrible, but it's not good. I'd be curious to see what it drops to when loaded. Can you check all of your batteries individually with a multimeter and post results? Better yet, if you can test them with a load tester that would reveal even more information. Load test tools are available at any auto parts store and aren't too terribly expensive. The fact that you say it gets worse as you drive it more makes me wonder even more about the batteries.

Ok how do I check them loaded? I do know this I borrowed a friends laptop and ran the cart down the street hooked up to the laptob, and the throttle percentage jumped all over the place as the cart bucked. I am trying to figure out how to save a ride session on the computer so I can send it to Alltrax

If the throttle is jumping all over the place it points to a bad MCOR. I know it's new, but anything is possible. I've never had an MCOR4 fail on a customer before. You may be the first. Let me know how the new one acts when you receive it. I still want to check the battery voltage. The load tester will have two leads on it like jumper cables. You clamp the red lead to the positive post of a battery and the black lead to the negative post and it'll show you the voltage on the gauge. You hold the LOAD switch to LOAD and watch the gauge to see how far the voltage drops when the battery is loaded.

Shouldn't we make sure the XCT is set for the correct throttle type? otherwise even a good MCOR would have crazy results.

Is your serial number prior to PQ1009? Just wondering if it could have an TPS harness where the MCOR lower side does return to the controller.

You need to install the field map produced by Alltrax for that motor, not Chucks. Also wondering if there is a speed magnet installed in that motor.

Maybe someone else running the latest v3.0 of the software can tell us where the Throttle Type setting is now located.

The reason I keep asking is because your video shows the throttle fluctuation with the cart not running, which I think eliminates batteries and motor map from the equation.

Your S/N indicates it left factory with the MCOR, so the connections to the controller are what Alltrax expects (althouth that seems like a long production year).
