Sergio,

This happens when Club Car takes an order for cars during the 2010 Model year but can't build them until after the 2011 model year starts. A PQ1103 car would have been built the same week as this car, but since it was ordered as a 2010 model, it gets a 2010 serial number.

Got it, thanks! I thouht it was strange, but it matched the serial number on the bar code.

I had noticed the IQ carts originally equipped with the TPS don't have the low side going to the controller, the TPS->MCOR adapter has a different negative source.

Since Alltrax is really picky with the throttle signals, I was trying to cover all possibilities.

Alltrax DCX had throttle signal issues with the 6k-1k MCOR. The DCX worked good with true 0-5k & 5k-0 & ITS signals.

NEW Alltrax XCT can use any signal range and establish it as 0-100%. This is the control in question here.

Scottyb, do you have a screen shot of where the throttle type setting is located in the new software?

I don't think he's got a throttle range issue. It's working from 0-99% on his video, but the thing that concerns me is the throttle dropping back before it starts to rise whenever more throttle is applied. I think he's got a bad MCOR4 but I'm gonna wait and see.

I don't have anything helpful to offer. I'm just amazed at how you guys are so helpful and sacrifice your time for all of us enthusiasts.

Yes I want to thank all of you for your help so far. My wife and I worked very hard to save up for this cart it's been 3yrs in the making. But once we got it me (just being all Tim Taylor ish according to my wife) could not leave well enough alone and had to go tricking the cart all out with performance mods. Anyway I keep telling her "it's going to be ok we will get it back to a smooth ride real soon just give me some time" again I am so thankful for all your help also because we have no one in town that can work on these "performance modified carts" according to our local cart shops

I don't have a screen shot but I can say I was surprised by a program update yesterday which relocated the ramp rate to page 1... let me see if I can come up with something.

Edit: Okay this is the old layout. Page 2 Throttle.
Notice throttle rate below the throttle type.
This is the second throttle type layout - originally we had a box to check for any of the many throttles listed. The drop down menu was a logical progression. Pic 2 shows tab 1 without throttle rate slider

Now - we are seeing this on tab1 and tab2
Notice the throttle rate below the rpm limit. I don't find this better placement. I think it was fine where it was.
Some one find this program writer something else to do..... go make coffee or clean the sink ?
