Default MY Alltrax XCT 500 Nightmare!

OK so here is how my cart is setup PLEASE HELP ME

2010 Club Car Precedent, 48V, IQ, 6x8v, 23" tires, 6" Jakes A-ARm lift,HD solenoid, 2 gauge wire set, Alltrax XCT500 control, EMP EX1-4005-LR*z2 motor, new 4 series MCOR. All with custom Field Map from EMP.

My cart runs strong when in full throttle great torque and top speed can be adjusted from 27-31mph depending on how I set the RPM Max.
But when it comes to the low end speeds 1/3 throttle and below my cart is a nightmare ( the wife refuses to ride until its fixed) from a dead stop it seems the throttle dose not recognize anything until it's pressed about an inch, then the cart "bucks" into motion and surges along( in lower speeds 20mph and under) the cart seems to gain and loose power as it goes down the road, and when going very slow the cart will sometimes just sputter out to a stop until you press down more than 1/2 way on the pedal then it starts to go again.
The only relief we have gotten from these symptoms was last Wednesday when I replaced the old MCOR, the cart drove great for a few days but is now doing the same thing again! Any help or input would be very appreciated
right now the wife is not very happy with me after dumping all this money in the cart and now it's acting up. (and no its not because we are ridding the cart on a bumpy road and keep tapping the pedal)

Now with all this being said the place where I bought the controller, MCOR, and EMP and Alltrax seem eager to try and help me and I will post the end results on what the final outcome and fix end up being

I can understand where your coming from; just can't offer no good advise on an Alltrax controller... Absolutely all my issues went away with an MCOR4 from David Hicks well over a year ago but my wife still does not trust the cart by herself out of the yard... My only issue today is for reason we can't understand with the length of her foot she gets these crazy herky jerky motions on taking off slowly...

Yes, David has been a great help. Just last week i got the MCOR4 from him and it fixed everything right up for a few days. I am wondering if just maybe there was just something defective in my new MCOR4 that made it go bad quick ( i sure hope so because that would be a simple fix

Joe, were you able to monitor the throttle percentage like we discussed on the phone?

Don't worry about it. We will fix it.

Talk to him because anything is possible... My issue was a worn MCOR2 and a new MCOR3 that was defective or in my opinion was defective. I'm told they were chit right from the get go. I just didn't know any better then...

I got my wife to go out and depress the throttle while I filmed what was going on on the computer screen from inside, however it says the file is to large to email. I may just have to upload it on YouTube as private and send you the link

Just a quick thought, when you replaced the old MCOR, did you go into the Alltrax software and did the "Clear Auto-Cal" under the Controller drop-down menu?

I went into the program and did the "clear auto-cal" last night and it did not help

It may take a bit to auto cal, try it a few more times and see what happens.
