Functions as it should.

So I jacked up the rear and reset the OBC according to the sticky. I'm sitting in the cart now and if I just hold on the gas after a bit sometimes the solenoid will click and cart will come alive. It stays running steady as long as I'm not bouncing it off the speed limiter. If I let go sometimes I can bring it back to life and other times I have to wait.

Un-plug the two pin square plug from the MCOR and make a jumper out of a paperclip or a small piece of wire. Jump the two pins together within the connector. If the cart operates normally, you'll need to order an MCOR4 conversion kit, part number AM293101

I lied to you. I told you I'd ship it tomorrow. I actually had a chance to drop it off today. You should see it tomorrow.

In my opinion based upon what I know and what I just read, MCOR failure is a problem of epidemic proportions.
