48 volt club car...needing some help
So i bought this 48 volt club car from a campground down the road, the hands that work there said reverse was not working, and the pictures tell the rest
i cant find where those 3 wires go? is it missing a micro swtch? this is my first electric, i hang over in yamaha gas any help would be great. i did see one sticky that showed 3 switches.. thanks fellas |

The look of that direction switch makes me think this is a series cart.

Does the cart work at all?

You can connect the Green and the White wires together (look at the diagram) and You will have full speed in both directions.

i have never worked on on an electric cart..thanks for the 411. will jumping them hurt anything? thanks |

The black wire has a resistor inline that will cause the controller to run at 1/2 speed maximum.
When You move the FNR lever from Forward to Reverse, the missing micro-switch engages "Green to White" on Forward and "Green to Black" on Reverse. |
