Default Replaced MCOR... now what?

After thorough research regarding my erratic speeds and severely slowed max throttle speed on my 2001 Club Car DS with original MCOR I concluded that my MCOR was at fault. After checking the ohms on the green and yellow wires at the rear of the cart, indeed it was not measuring correctly. I ordered a MCOR 4 conversion from Revolution Golf Cars where Mr. David, I believe is his name was very helpful. He concurred that my problems sounded like typical MCOR issues and sold me a new one at a very reasonable price. I installed the part as the directions indicated, without difficulty..... but the problem still remains. After speaking with David several times he was very helpful with trying to help me get the problem sorted out. he had me check the continuity of the wires and see if the ohm values were the same at the rear of the cart as they were directly coming out of the MCOR. All of that checked out with no problems discovered. I hate to keep calling him for help only because I didn't want to become a bother so I'm here now to find out the next steps. The problem seems to get worse the more you drive it. Initially the cart runs fine for about 2-3 min then it becomes erratic and it gets very very slow. My 2 year old could walk faster. My thought was that maybe something is getting hot the longer I run it and causing the problem. I replaced all the spade bits going into the controller and cleaned those connections as well. I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Broken Record here... What are your battery voltage after full charge and 8 hour rest period as well as battery voltage while driving the cart, namely when it is acting up? Age of battery as well as cell water levels would be helpful too....

Take a live pack voltage reading while under 1/2 and full acceleration. Then after 5, then 10, then 20 minutes of running or until you notice drop off.

My guess is you have a weak or fried cell that is causing voltage drop upon heavy load draw.

Take an SG reading using the "turkey baster" tool. Order one if you don't have one. It tests the electrolyte in each cell to tell you if it is chemically able to efficiently able to properly charge and release a charge.

Ok so I just rode the cart and after an overnight charge the initial voltage was 50.9v and each battery tested at 8.48v - 8.50v. The cart initially took off great and the voltages fell to 50.0v... but the cart didn't travel 20 feet before it came to a crawl but the voltages remained at 50.0v and stayed there for about 8-10 min of riding at the reduced speed until I parked it back at the house. I have not checked the specific gravity. I need to buy the kit to do that.
