Default Do I have to replace both sets of brakes

i have an 1985 club car. brakes look fine on the drivers side but bad on the passenger side. Do i have to replace both sets or can i get away with the one side. I may need a drum on the one side thats bad because one shoe cut into the drum a little.

thanks

I would always do both sides when doing brakes.

Do both sides, but more importantly check into what's causing the two sides to wear unevenly. It could be that someone only did one side, or it could be a brake cable issue...

When you work on them make sure the sliders are moving freely.
