96 club car ds fender wells
I am building a 1996 club car ds that I bought in pieces does anyone have a picture of how the rear fender wells mount to the frame of the cart any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are two bolts for each side - holes in the frame that use plastic sleeves / bolts to hold them in place. Behind the battery there are two holes that use plastic push pins to hold them in place for each side.
I just put mine all together last week, but all of my old parts / sizes are at home right now. |

If you look closely in this one you can see the plastic push pins poking thru the frame at the front bottom of fender well.

This is the drivers side installed, note the bolts use 7/16 wrench. The front bolt is longer than the rear bolt by 2". Recalling from memory the front is ~3.5" and the rear is ~1.5". Bolt -> Washer -> Fender -> Plastic Sleeve -> Frame -> Nut.

Perfect that will help a lot I received the cart with a coffee can full of parts and the body off of it.
