It's in the middle. Which makes it even more suspected bad .

So the battery tested bad at the dealer. They replaced it. I installed it (8.4 on the multimeter at install). That brought the pack to 51.0.

So I plugged the charger in to let it "finish" and the power light is still flashing in the charger

Unplug the charger from the wall. Take the cart out for a short ride. On your return plug in the charger to the wall first then plug into the cart...

Went for a ride which dropped the pack to 49.8. The charger still won't come on though. Flashing power light. It worked fine yestwrday

Double check that the breaker to the outlet has not tripped, the LED may be powered from the battery (?) ....

Can you be more specific. As I said the flashing is a trouble code. We need to know which LED(s) is flashing.
