I feel like a fool but it was a bad outlet. It is now charging. I will post an update later. Thank you all so much for your patience with my ignorance

Now look at your volt meter and you will see it going up. If at first you would have done that we would have known what direction to go. The thing to remember is when someone is asking you question there trying to eliminate things. In your case it didn't sound like the charger was even working but we couldn't prove it with the information you was giving us.

Great to here everything is A OK..

Last I looked the volt meter was at 55. Still charging

Remember let it fully charge and kick off by itself before you unplug it.

Don't pull the plug until it hits 68v

US remember he had a bad battery too - so we had a little detective work to do to find that also. Looks like you are gonna be driving that grandson around real soon

It can get as high as 67 volts before it turns off. Unplug if it gets to 68 volts
