2000 48v ds works fine for about 15 minutes
i have a2000 48v ds it was jumpin around pretty bad so I replaced the mcor with the conversion kit now it will work perfect for about 15 minutes and then starts to slow down and if you hold the pedal down the hole time it will suddenly lunge and then stop again if you let it sit for about 10 minutes everything will work fine again my question is have any of you had a similar issue? could it be something is getting hot and not working properly?

Re: 2000 48v ds works fine for about 15 minutes
I just did an MCOR replacement in my CC DS over the weekend. It cleared my issue right up; however, your issue has piqued my curiosity.
Was this the same or similar issue you were having before the MCOR replacement? Also, what is your serial number? Any other upgrades (controller, motor, etc)? |

Re: 2000 48v ds works fine for about 15 minutes
nope no upgrades ill have to get the serial number off of it the issue before was if you were driving it for longer than 15 minutes it was just stop then start moving really slowly so tested the mcor with an ohm meter and it was way out of range so I replaced it now it works great for about 10 minutes then it starts slowing down until it gets to a point where it wont move at all then it will lunge on its own repeatedly and very unpredictable I tested the batteries they all are brand new about 2 months ago they were put in the cart is charging fine im at a loss on what to check

Have you looked at this thread? Perhaps the issue is similar.
