Default Blue wire goes where,2006 Club Car 48 volt

I have a small blue wire on the battery pack that I am not sure where it goes, 2006 club car,48 volt(4 12 volts),I have looked at wiring diagrams but cannot find,I believe it was on passenger side positive terminal,last battery in series.

Thanks,I thought that this was my problem,
Cart will not move,batteries are above 48 volts, when u put cart in forward,sometimes it clicks,and seems to want to go,sometimes not, reverse buzzer works,but it does not try to move, HELP

Read some post about mcor testing, I did the paper clip jumper ,now it runs!
Now I need to order the MCOR,What part number do I need, 2006 precedent Club Car.48 volt(4 12 volt batteries)

Batteries are dead at 48Volts ,....Just sayin',...
