Default 04 club car precedent alignment

Am working on z 04 club car precedent. 6" Jakes lift. Cart out of line. I removed tie rods, string lined the tires back to front, adjusted tie rods to same length and reassembled. Adjusted 1/4" toe in and everything looks good. Drive the cart and come back and passenger tire is toed way out. Done this twice. Steering gear or something else worn out? I'm los

Everything tight. It starts out perfect, then goes haywire. Always passenger side tire that gets out of adjustment

That's what I'm thinking. Steering box turns it to the right and won't bring it back where it belongs

That's what I'm thinking. Steering gear is toning it right and not bringing it back
