throttle on the floor...normal?
I was just cruising and I realized my throttle pedal hits the floor. Is that normal or am I loosing some speed by not being able to mash the pedal completely. In other words, can I adjust that pedal linkage some how to maximize the rotation to the mcor?
I thought I could just take off the pedal and see if it would rotate more without stopping when the pedal hit the floor....but it looks like the screws on the back of the pedal are there just to hold the black rubber pad in place. And it appears to be one complete welded pedal...so I can't remove the pedal from the bar that sticks up through the floor. anybody ever notice their pedal hitting the floor? any ideas? |
