I don't know if you know this or not but that F/R switch is NOT an EZGO F/R switch. Its 100% club car. You won't have any trouble making that work at all.

If you don't mind post the model #'s on the speed control. There is no standards for the throttle wiring on speed controllers. Each manufacturer will be different. That diagram "might" not work.

Roady, I was not aware that the F&R is CC but I guess thats cool that it will work. The controller to the best of my knowledge its a GE 500amp 0-5K the # FS42L500NNOS. I hope this will work. BEFORE I order anything else Im going through this site. Also, I dont think the pot.box is Curtis PB-6. It doesn't look the same as Scotty's pot box in his pics. Even though I specifically asked for a Curtis PB-6, hope this will work also...

Your install looks clean. Do you have a voltmeter? You can check the output ohms of the potentiometer. Verify it is 0-5K. Sorry I miss identified your F&R. CC actually makes a very HD F&R. Like Roady says now we have to see if that diagram works for you..... If not there are others but, 1st check the output on the Pot.

By the way....... I just came back from a test drive on my conversion.....Whoo Hoo....and now it is charging....Tomorrow I will be going to the BIG hills......
