Default Need CC 36V resistor to EZGO solid state diagram

Does anyone have or can tell me where to find a wiring diagram for the 36V resistor Club Car DS to convert to an EZGO solid state cart ? If it even exists ? I have all the components but am lost ! GE 500 amp 0-5k, PB-6, EZGO HD F-N-R, HD solenoid and 4GA. wires... Please help ! Thanks Mike

No, There was only a spec. page with the controller and nothing with the pot.

This can be a simple system....what controller and what pot did you get? What year cart is it? Resistors or sloenoid type?

Hi Scotty, The controller is a GE 500 amp solid state 0-5K, The pot. is a pb-6, The HD F&R switch is a double microswitch for EZ-GO, The cart is 91 36V resistor model. Also have a new HD solenoid and wires. Thanks for the help ! mike

You will have more room to work if take the batteries out of the cart.
And remove the V-glide and resistor coil bank and all of the wires connecting the two. Mark and note the small wires going to the v-glide and micros at the F&R.
Now that you have some room fab up a mount for the PB-6... mine looked like this? Just to give an idea, not saying 'it's the best'

The pic is from a project in progress.... So yes I have done the conversion. I used a new original cluc Car F&R. Why did you go with an ezgo F&R switch?
I have an Exgo controller diagram and the one I made for my CC?

I don't see why not ? It may be even better? I never did like the way the cables move with the CC switch? Can you post a picture & OEM or Nivel #?
