Default Plum Quick Trouble Shooting

2008 Club Car DS IQ three month old trojans

So I took pictures of my stock motor before disconnecting it and removing, so I would rewire it the same. My Plum Quick Bandit arrived yesterday, I just installed it and rewired it the same as my pics of the stock motor. When I put it in reverse it goes forward and vice versa.
After reviewing the wiring diagram it looks like I can swap the motor wires.

My question is can I swap the Orange and blue wires to correct the problem or do I need to swap the green and white wires as well?

If you can see the motor connection identifications swap the F1 and F2 wires to reverse direction. These are the smaller pair of wires.

Yes you can swap the orange and blue on the controller or motor. Controller is easy. No nuts to worry about twisting.

Okay Thanks for the help. I swapped the Orange and Blue smaller wires on the motor rehooked the batterys up. Moves Forward and Reverse. Just went for a ride and it is making a beeping noise like every ten seconds.

Has anyone ever had that happen?

Never heard this but I'm guessing your controller thinks you're in reverse. If it doesn't do this in reverse swap your field wires back and then take out F/R toggle switch, there should be a red, white, and blue. Swap the 2 outside wires.

Did you plug the speed sensor back in? Dumb question but I had to ask.
