Club car doesnt go in reverse

I have a 2001 club car ds 48 volt it wont go in reverse, soleniod just clicks, it goes great forward

Yes the reverse buzzer works, i can hear the soleniod click when pedeal it pressed also

If it's a "Series" cart, Could be the contacts in Rev switch,...

I agree with the F&R switch being the possible issue. Take a close look at the switch and make sure it's not melted around the orange and blue wires where it pivots on the back of the switch. If it's melted, you'll have to replace the switch.

Solenoid is before the F & R Switch right?

It's a separate circuit. It will still continue to click even when the contacts are burnt. It relies on the micro-switches on the back of the switch to power the solenoid coil rather than the large contacts on the back of the switch.
