Sequence of operation
Does anyone have a sequence of operations for 48v, 2004 Villager
Had battery issues, resolved. Now finally fully charge, Tried to take cart for test run. Turn key on, put in reverse, released brake, step on pedal, and Nothing both forward and reverse. I Started at the on/off key, it worked originally, had to start somewhere, when I pulled the dash out wires slipped off. Not 100% sure it is wire correct, Looked at many wiring diagrams, My key has a 1,2 and two smaller pins M+, M-, All I have found is wiring diagrams dealing with 1,2. What are the others for? Ok so anyway Need help on where to go from here. |

Villager is a model not a drive system, pretty sure you are looking at an IQ drive system? see below

I am a little new to electric club cars. Sorry. But yes it is an IQ 48v with a grey OBC. the chart is a little confusing. I have the rocker shifter with some sort of plug on the bottom what is that?

That's the diagnostic computer plug in. Sounds like IQ.
Does the solenoid click when you try to go? |

I hear a click below the cart. Not real familiar. The solenoid is up under the back, I don't think anything is clicking back there.

The solenoid needs pack voltage across the 2 small terminals to click closed and power up the cart. First task would be to figure out which side of the circuit (+ or -) is missing when you try to go. (key on & in gear)
What is the pack voltage now? |
