Project Easy Rider
And the parts have started to arrive....
Found this gem at a steal from a retiree...love the lumbar support, adjustable headrests, and armrests. 2006 DS with IQ Drive. This will be a pavement pounder/family hauler around the neighborhood. Current Plans... -- 6" all sports super sport lift -- 23x10x12 All Terrain Tires -- Rear brake flip flop mod for brake cables The Wheels and Tires have arrived today... |

Those look like they are the suite seat brand. I've seen them on this site before. In fact I have a set ordered for my Precedent.

Just got the lift and tires on....did I install the kingpins right as in the way they bolt on (first pic). This is a all sports super sport 6 in lift.

Also there seems to be a good amount of bump steer - which I expected as with anything lifted. I didn't adjust any camber or toe yet...it actually looks fine but I need to measure.
As for the bump steer is that to be expected with a 6" lift? and by bump steer I mean a raised manhole can throw the cart a bit at speed. |
