Default Club Car DS lift question

Hey guys I have a 2003 DS with 6 in double a arm lift and the rear has HD springs and sits up in the back about 1in. I don't like the rake look. Can I add the 1 in spacer to the front of my cart? If so how did y'all do yours. Thanks.

*EDIT*
A spacer may work... but it wouldn't for me
With my Z lift, the tie rod (the bar that attaches the spindles to each other) scraped on the frame rails.
I tried it with my 3 factory spacers (1") when I put on my Madjax kit, and I had to leave them out.

Or... you could see if you can get smaller leaf spring perches for the rear.

What about taking a leaf out of the rear spring, or better still make the shackles shorter.
