Default Club Car Caroche - microswitches

Just getting back to this cart again. I found one broken microswitch and broke another one swapping out the other. Two new microswitches later they all seem to be working.

So now that I think I have all the microswitches ready, I made the classic mistake of not taking a picture and labeling all my taking apart. I was able to put 4 of the microswitches back under the foot pedal roller but cannot remember what to do with this last one that has a red wire connected to it. I tried the cart and it does goes in reverse but no forward. When I press the free standing microswitch with my hand nothing happens. I am trying to attach a picture. I have looked at the wiring diagrams and cannot figure it out.

Any guidance on putting humpty dumpty back together again is much appreciated. Thanks

Thanks CTD,
It does help and after studying harder I found the microswitch attached to the F/R so it seems I had an extra switch and attached a wire to it randomly. I think it is the first gear wire and put it on the forward switch and got movement. I tried all four and 3 work to move it and one does not. Cart seems a little jumpy so I may have the swiches backward or something. I only seem to hear two good clicks when i depress the pedal. Will flip flop those switches and see if that gets me to go gear 1 thru 4.
