Default Dual power/USB 12v outlet.

I am looking for a 12v dual USB power port. Preferably in dash. I want to have both cigarette lighter and 2 usb ports. I want both USB ports to be 2.1 amp. capable. The second option would be a standard dual 2v power supply and just use a dual USB plug in. Anyone have any experience with these? I have been searching but even the people I call cant confirm voltage to each port.

Just power port. Starting to lean toward just one single power port on each side of dash and then just getting plug in dual 2.1's . never would use them all, but convenient.

I prefer Power Ports and Plug-In USB Adapters as while minute they do draw power unless switched off, this may not be important to Carts which see a lot of charger time but on boats that sit for weeks or months on end it worried me. If you look on Amazon you can find Dual USB Adapters that both have higher amp ratings, mine are 4 amp (?) and I have charged 2 high use phones at once.

You need to search for 4.2a dual usb to get the models with 2 x 2.1a USB.

Here is an example:

if you use a converter with a key off function it kills power when off
i would think you could wire the boat with a key power off , i did with my jeep
