The charge side of obc could be bad. But if Im right, by jumping the relay in charger it should still charge then. I bypassed the relay and it sharged a while. Unplugged tried the next day and wont do anything now

Ok guys, I have charger where it will charge with relay jumped. Can I use the charger like this as long as I dont let them get overcharged? Or do I need a new obc?

Have you looked at a DPI charger? No obc needed.

It will not charge the batteries correctly. When you bypass the obc the charger just goes full charge all the time. Ok to get them charged up once in a while, but will over charge the batteries if you do it very much.

Thanks, thats what i was wandering. The weird thing is. If i check voltage in harger on the white and the blue wires on relay, i have same voltage as pack does. I thought that should cut charger on.

The diode is a 1N4004 thru 1N4007 if You have an Electronic store near by.

Make sure the cathode, the side with the stripe, goes towards the white wire (positive).
