motor test

WARNING you don't want to make a big spark anywhere near the battery.


note : use 2 wrenches on motor studs to keep them from spinning

if it runs full power it may be the controller

yes i read that ... if controller is not supping proper power to motor it will spin tires while in air... if you test motor and it spins full power you will be able to see the difference ... also if you hold both tires (not easy to do ) it will not move under controller but if motor is good it will not be held , the way i have done it is two 2x4s and a helper

2002 DS will have an MCOR. Look under the floorboard on the outside of the passenger's side frame rail, and you should see a black plastic box. This will be your throttle control

there is a v-glide system and a mocr system for your year
v-glide has a wedge shaped controller in battery compartment



mcor is under cart attached to frame
