Default Batteries NOt Holding Charge. Time For New Batteries?

Hello Everybody! I haven't been on here in awhile but it's time to get down to bidnez and get my golf cart up and running and need help.

2006 Precedent with original T-1275 Plus batteries. They're not holding a charge for more that about 1/2 mile or so. They charge up to approx 50.2 or so but drop off quickly even when not in use. I'm wondering what the best way is to check them, even individually to determine if new batteries are needed or might the problem lie elsewhere. Thanks!

YESssss Score....Contacted the Smithsonian AND these are museum quality batteries. They were amazed at the fine appearance for such old artifacts. In fact the offer they made me will be enough to buy new batteries with money left over. LOL

On a serious note after much internet checking jjance was right a local shop here in Orlando quoted me $671. for the 4 Trojan T1275 plus batteries. Much better than I expected.

Maybe you could sell those old batteries to a dishonest used cart dealer. He could sell them as brand new batteries since the date code would match 2016.
