You're not gonna get a better "riding" tire than the standard 8 inch wheels on 18 inch tires. If you go to a 10, 12 or, even a 14 inch wheel but maintain the same tire diameter, you're making the rubber profile of the tire smaller with each size you go up. The rubber sidewall serves as a cushion when you hit bumps to absorb some of the shock. The bigger the sidewall, the better the ride. As for speed, there are several ways of speeding the cart up. A high speed magnet in the motor would be my first mod if you have an IQ drive system. Serial number of the cart will start with PQ. If it's an Excel, the magnet won't work. Excel serial numbers typically start with PH.
