2013 Precedent w/ 6" Jake Shocks?
I have a 2013 Precedent and recently installed a 6" Jakes A arm lift with HD leaf springs.
I would like to include the shocks. Should I just use the original shocks or go with an automotive shock? If so what make an model will work for front and rear on my cart? |

Re: 2013 Precedent w/ 6" Jake Shocks?
I have a 2011 precedent with a 6 inch lift with dual action springs and used the stock Club Car shocks ...I think an automotive shock would make the ride more stiff ?...just my opinion. My old shocks were leaking so I ordered new ones from Revolution Golf cars but they are still stock golf cart shocks . The stock shocks just keep it from bouncing ,I can't see how automotive shocks would help at all but I could be wrong . Some have posted that they don't even use shocks after they install heavy duty springs .
