Default Turn signal wiring

I am wanting to omit the turn signal actuator from the steering column on my previous precedent and need a little help with wiring the turn signals to a toggle switch. I also need to m is how to insure my break lights will continue to work. I plan on cutting the wires on the harness plug side toward the steering column. Any help will be greatly appreciated
