Default Precedent Speed/Throttle issues

I have a 2010 48v Precedent that I have to pretty much push the throttle all the way down for it to go. There doesn't seem to be much throttle control in between barely moving and full speed. I've jacked the wheels off the ground and noticed when the throttle is pushed about and inch the solenoid clicks and the tires move. As I keep pressing the throttle the wheels stop turning until I continue to push almost full throttle. I've replaced the MCOR but that didn't resolve the issue. I've checked the Ohms on the solenoid and I get a reading of 5 when I've read it should be 200-250 for a factory installed solenoid. Would a bad solenoid cause this type of issue?

No a solenoid will generally be a go anytime or no go at all issue... Did you replace the MCOR with the same as removed or did you upgrade to a newer unit such as the MCOR4... The MCOR2 were not great to start with and the MCOR3 was absolute junk right out of the baggie...

I replaced it with the same type of MCOR that was in it. I'm not sure what else to try.

Read through the sticky topics at the top of the "Elec Club Cart" threads there you will find lots of info and many answers to questions as well as test to lead you in the right direction. To me it sounds as though you have a faulty MCOR but I'm no pro...

Here is something else I've noticed. I press the throttle and the solenoid clicks. Then when the pedal is about half way pressed and the wheels seem to no longer have power going to them I can hear the solenoid click. Then as I continue pressing pedal all the way I get another click and the wheels are moving full speed.
