Help please !!
My club car series 48v won't charge and the solenoid won't click. I installed new batteries in Nov of 2015 and took it to the hunting camp. Kept it charged all year when not in use. I went and picked it up a few months ago and noticed that it was unplugged and it wouldn't move.
I brought it home and have been playing the guessing game with it. I charged the batteries with a 12v charger to see if that would work, but it didn't, so I come asking for help ? Thanks as always.. |

Re: Help please !!
What voltage is your battery pack holding? If it is not above 42 volts the OBC will not allow the charger to kick on. You may have to perk your batteries 2 at a time with a 12 volt charger or even 1 at a time; no need to disconnect them either. Just keep a close watch on them making sure to keep the charger hooked up no more than 10 to 15 minutes each...

Re: Help please !!
Well I charged the batteries with a seperate charger and charged them two at a time. Don't know how to get the total battery pack voltage, but the charger was reading full/complete.

Re: Help please !!
Do you own or can you acquire a multi-meter? If the answer is no then it is all but impossible to help you!
