Default New 4 inch lift kit by Club Car

Hello,

Can anyone provide any first hand feedback with this new kit?

https://usgolfcars.com/product-categ...ies/lift-kits/

The installation instructions can be opened by clicking on the hyperlink.

Does anyone have any experience with the cited single leaf rear heavy duty springs, CC P/N 103742306 ?

That was my impression. Site Sponsors sell what appears to be the same thing at a much lower price!

The lift kit from Club Car is made by All-Sports. It's nothing more than a modified version of the 4" A-Arm kit. It's made different than the regular All Sports kit because Club Car chose to widen the stance and keep the cart more stable for safety reasons. For a price like that, it should drive itself for you too.

The single HD leaf springs are the new OEM HD springs. They're stiffer than the regular springs and can give you a better ride than a multi-leaf spring. But they're not as heavy duty as a multi-leaf spring. I like them but I don't prefer them.

I used the 4" all sports lift kit for my 2013 Precedent and like it. I also used the heavy duty single leaf from CC and it is fine with 4 people for street driving.
As TahoeDawg said it gives a good ride and I have no problem carrying 4 people.

According to ALL SPORTS website, their 4" Lift Kit will accommodate a maximum 22" tire and their 6" Lift Kit will accommodate a maximum 23" tire.... it makes me wonder then why Club Car installs a 23x10x14 with their lift kit if you guys are saying that OEM Lift Kit from CC is the same as the ALL Sports.

I believe Jake's is the only one that states that with their 4" Lift Kit A-Arm, you can install a 23" tire.

I already have 23" tires on a 14" wheels that were given to be but if I install a 6" Lift Kit, my cart will not fit thru my garage. I would hate to buy a 4" lift kit and later find out that my 23" tire rub.

My cart also currently has Heavy Duty (4 leaf) springs that I would like to swap out for the new ones cause these are about ONE INCH thick which adds to the height of the cart.

Can someone clarify this? Thanks in advance.

FWIW, I’ve seen this lift (I think) and the stance was wider, but I did NOT like it. The front stance looks wider than the rear and unless you have fender flares, it is going to look more like a 4 wheeler atv than a tricked out cart.
To each his own, and some may like it. To me it didn’t fit the look of what a cart should be.
And that price, well, they can go pound sand.

The OEM version of the 4" lift kit can run 23" tires because it extends the wheelbase by pushing the front hubs more forward, allowing for a larger tire. The regular 4" lift kit doesn't push the front end as far forward as the OEM kit does.
