I have a little update since the 8” lift and 23” tires were installed. The cart rides better than stock and looks great but I was a little disappointed because the speed didn’t increase at all. It still clips along at 17.5 MPH just like it did stock, just a little slower getting there.

Did you ever look at the tag on your motor? what are you running motor wise? When you have the money for batteries and a charger..I would almost guarantee your satisfaction by going up to 48V...huge difference in torque and speed when you do a conversion...I just recently did mine

I'll take a look at it tonight. One of the things the guy I bought it from said was that the motor was redone and it had a rear out of a gas cart I believe.

The redone motor would explain the speed you had. I dont know anything about the differences between a gas and electrics rear axle ratio. If you do a 48V conversion you need to replace the solenoid and wires up to 4 gauge. not hard, pricey yes but aren't all "big boy" toys pricey.

Maybe it is the motor. That’s what I was thinking, but he said it was just freshened –up with new brushes and bearings, and kept stock. He probably doesn’t know exactly what they did to it but something sure was done to get that extra speed out of it.

The motor looks all stock not even 3hp. The lift is an ALLSTAR 8" with 23" tires.

Good Looking CC Airjack. I like the two tone paint.
