Default 02 DS with mcor no sol. click?

Customer said it just quit working???

I have 49+ volts pack voltage. so far I have went from the key switch to the mcor through the fwd/rev micro switch and I have pack voltage. as soon as I connect the wire from the fwd/rev micro to the solenoid I loose my power. I tried the same with a new sol. and had the same problem. I am doing these test with the mcor switch jumped. Also noticed the big resistor on the sol. is getting hot when nothing is happening?

Moving wires around like that is a great way to burn things up.

Not moving any wires. I have 49 volts going into the key switch, I have 49 volts coming out of the key switch, 49 volts going into the mcor, 49 volts coming out of the mcor, 49 volts going to the fwd / rev micro switch, 49 volts coming out of the micro switch, 49 volt going to the positive side of the solenoid as long as it is not hooked up as soon as I hook it up I loose voltage. I did the same with a new solenoid and had the same result.

If the big resistor is getting hot it indicates a short in the motor or controller.

Where exactly are you measuring the voltage when you "loose voltage"?

Are you refering to the controller logic power input on Pin #1 (diagram below)?
