no go
99 club car ds with a no go situation
new batteries new fnr switch no solenoid click diode and resistor good with 230 ohms between activating posts resistor does get hot when accelerator pedal mashed cart does run in forward and reverse when solenoid bypassed I can't get a voltage reading when testing the blue wire disconnect terminal on key switch side to the large terminal on solenoid with red wire attached. Should have full pack voltage there correct? How do you access the key switch? After installing the fnr switch last night, I moved it a few feet inside the garage both forward and reverse and thought I had the problem solved. Put it on the charger and it charged for about four hrs. and cut off. This morning, no go and I do have good pack voltage. Thoughts and suggestions appreciated. |

Re: no go
Solenoid is good. Professionally bench checked.
Key switch now testing good. Getting .5v reading between B- and controller terminal 1. No solenoid click. Thoughts? Getting 47v between B+ and M- terminals. 51v with key switch on and accelerator pedal depressed. Can output voltage be good and the controller still be bad?
