Default DS Serial # A9601

Hey guys, a friend of mine was given this golf cart. He called me to ask what he could do to make it faster. The serial # is A9601. I haven't seen the cart so have no idea if it's 36 volt or 48 volt or even if it's a series cart or not. I'm just doing a bit of research for him. Any ideas?

Could be 36 or 48v.

36v, each battery has three fill holes, 48v, each battery has four fill holes.

And if 48v, a shift LEVER means series, a ROCKER SWITCH means sepex (regen).
