Default New tires

I put a 4"all sports lift on my 03 DS. I had 205-65 tires on the cart they are 20" tall but just didn't look right with the lift. I got some 22 " tires and was afraid I would lose torque. If I did I can't tell it. It would run a good 25 mph level ground before, now the darn thing is too fast. It will go over 30 on the smallest down grade 28-29 on level. It seems to climb the same hills just as fast or faster. I found I had to adjust the toe in to straight no toe in or toe out. It was wondering with 1/8 " toe in. At 30 mph that ain't good.

Anyone else have these issues.

Check the camber adjustment also to make sure the tires are straight up and down as well. I have found that changing either the camber or the toe will cause the other adjustment to change a bit as well.

I found the best handling is with the camber 1/8" in at the bottom. I've tried changing both and found this to handle the best. I tried toe in, toe out, camber straight, in at top in at bottom. I guess there is no factory spec for 22 in tires and 4" lift.

One other thing, the tires are rounded bottom tires, not flat like most tires.
