So you're saying I need to change the wheels that are currently on to offset wheels? Couldn't I just grind off the outer portion of the wire chase that the tire is rubbing on?

If removing the wire chase protrusion in the fenderwell is enough to stop the rub, the link Kernal posted has details about that approach.
