Default Golf cart stops while moving

We have a 2010 Club Car Precedent Electric Golf Cart. We have just replaced all 6 batteries and the Solenoid. The Golf Cart stops running while moving slowly. If you run it down the road wide open for a few minutes it stops the problem. When it stops you have to let off the pedal and press it again and it will start back. Please advise.

This is possibly an MCOR problem. This is the electronic throttle box that sends a signal to the controller. Turn the cart off, put it in neutral, and pump the go pedal 20-30 times, all the way down and back up. Then drive the cart and see if things improve. This procedure will clean the wiper board inside the MCOR.

No need to try that, it has the new style MCOR on it.

I'm going to assume this problem didn't exsist prior to the batteries-solenoid being replaced?
Why was the solenoid replaced and what did you replace it with?
Are all connections tight on solenoid and Controller? This tends to be where this type of problem come from.

We replaced the solenoid because what we had read suggested this could be the problem. This problem has been going on for quite some time. We tried the earlier suggestion and it did not help.

Is the solenoid dropping out when the cart stops? Do you hear it click?

Not sure if this will help your issue , my cart was doing something similar . But also would get beep from anti-roll warning . My cart is a 2010 also turned out the diode went bad . Sergio from this site identified this . I pick up a diode at radio shack and put in in series with old one and it solved my issue . Waiting to bring it home from campground and order a new Oem from revolution carts . Try searching for (solenoid dropping out ) on this site . If u can't find give Sergio a shout out . Hope this helps and best of luck !

Have you tried jumping the two pin connection on the MCOR?

If cart is stopping odds are solenoid is either not closed or coil is not energized . If coil is staying closed and energized motor may be issue . Have you connected a multi meter to solenoid coil and verify coil is not opening when cart is stopping . Is cart actually stopping or is motor braking occurring ?
