Re: club car wont move
Lets see if there's something that does work. Do the batteries charge? How about the reverse buzzer? While your at it does the roll away alarm work? Check to see if you got 48 volts on both connections of the key switch. (with the key on).

tested the charger the cart is not charging at all plugged charger into different cart and the charger works fine the car itself doesn't charge checked all wiring and everything looks good and tests good I ordered the OBC for it should have it this afternoon sometime will the OBC cause it to not move? it did have a couple hot spots on the plastic cover piece and a bubble in it like it got really hot inside the computer board

Re: club car wont move
Yes, a bad OBC fuse can cause the cart not to charge or run.

Re: club car wont move
The next check was going to be jumping out the OBC interlock. But replacing it with known good is better. Also many people would have advised you to get a DPI charger and do away with the OBC.

Re: club car wont move
Good OBC, Good charger, charger clicks but no current flow = Blown fuse on the back of the charger receptacle on the cart.
