Default Controller/Solenoid Wiring

I am putting a 2005 Precedent back together that was disassembled before I took possession. Can anyone confirm where these wires go?
From the schematic it looks like the small blue wires are the activation for the solenoid. I think the red wire goes to the battery positive on the solenoid and the black wire goes to battery negative on the controller? What about the big blue wire that on the right? Does it have something to do with the factory light kit?
