just wondering IF
I was wandering can you up grade batteries from 6 8volt batteries to say 5 12 volt batteries....to make a 48 volt cart a 60 volt cart???????????

Can you? Yes. You would have to replace the charger and controller and solenoid for a start. (but why would you want to do this?)

don't really want to.....just replaced the motor, controller, FnR switch and hd solenoid and 2 gauge wires. I know that bad boy buggies have 72 volts and that's why the question if you could run 12 volt batteries to get the extra voltage.....I appreciate the response and yes I'm happy with what I got.
