Looking good

If You got 0v on both sides of the micro-switch (with meter probe on pack positive), you are not getting negative from the key switch.

Test the key switch using the same procedure.

With the Key switch in the OFF position, Put the meter red probe on pack positive and test both sides of the key switch.

If You get 0v on both sides, check the wire from the charger receptacle negative pin that feeds the Key Switch.

If You get +36v on one side, put the meter on the side with 0v and turn the key ON.

If You don't get +36v the Key switch is bad.

Yea!!!!! Evenw With a hurricane approaching rain and wind thanks to Sergio and ScottyB and many others along the way I was finally able to complete this rebuild successfully! I have learned a ton. Also I am now able to look at my wife and kids and see the joy in their faces instead of disappointment because of a cart the never runs. Now onto the brakes and cosmetics can't wait to post my pics when completed. Thanks again to everyone!!!!!!
