Default speed control box

which order should the box engage first? The order I have it in now is black engages first then blue, white, red, and green.

That is the exact opposite, the cart must be taking off at full speed.

The correct order is for the Master (driver side) to energize first, with the other solenoids going in sequence towards the passenger side:
Green, Red, White, Blue, Black

The first micro-switch to close should be inline with the longest "finger" in the control box.
