Brake problem
Just got done installing a All Sport 6" A-Arm lift on my Precedent. Now the brakes are extra touchy. to the point they are sliding the back tires. Is there some adjustment I need to do since I lifted it up? I figured lifting made the cables stretch or something... has anyone else had this issue?

Re: Brake problem
Check out the "sticky" by TahoeDawg that flips the brake plates and takes the tension out of the cables on a lifted cart.

Re: Brake problem
Most likely your driver side brake cable is short and causing the problem. One of two ways to fix it, David has a great write up on flipping the backing plates or you can buy a passenger side brake cable to put on the drivers side.

Re: Brake problem
the write up from TahoeDawg in Sticky is the way I am going to fix... but I am not sure if it is the same for a DS
he basically is flipping brake from bottom to top,, lot of work but will be clean and out of way when done properly |

Re: Brake problem
It's the same on the DS and Precedent, but a DS should have more slack in the cables and you typically don't have to go this route unless you just want to.
