This guy was using the cart and it quit, and 3 of the batteries were 1.3 volts? Something not right here.
New batteries, charger works, cart doesn't power up?

Scan tool would be nice at this point rather than continue to guess.

He wasn't using the cart it was parked he hadn't used it in a couple of weeks. When he did go to use it, it wasn't running that is when he called me. My best guess is that the dry batteries dead shorted during charge cycle while cart was not being used. You know how it is when someone else tells you what happened you never get the whole story, that being said I am at a loss I am thinking he has a bad solenoid or controller but not sure what to test next or how exactly to test.

That is a little confusing being that the OBC is on the pack negative side, for future reference pack positive is battery #1.

Does the reverse buzzer work when the FNR is on Reverse?

If the buzzer has been disconnected, does the walk-away brake work?

Thanks for all the help and I will remember that in the future Sergio, I found the problem, he had a broken connection at the tow/run switch, fixed that and the cart was good to go.
