Default Gun rack help

I fabbed up a floor mount gun rack for my DS Hunt Buggy(had the materials and I like to tinker) but I'm not satisfied with the performance of it. It shakes a lot while riding the paths on the property and I'm afraid the mounting hardware will eventually rip through the aluminum floor.
I am now looking at some Kolpin Gun grabbers and mounting them either on back roof supports or fab a bar to mount them on front roof support in front of steering wheel.
I was also thinking of getting the old school truck back window gun racks and mounting them to the rear roof support...

I'm just unsure and am prodding to see what others have done.

It'd be NICE if the mods would create a specific sections dedicated to "Hunting Carts/Buggies" only as it seems to be a pretty common topic of discussion. 👍👍👍

I fabbed a bar across the front roof supports and used the Kolpin's. 2nd season with 'em across some pretty tough terrain and no problem.

If you look across the top of the front basket and in back of it, you can see the gun rack. It was simply a piece of square tube that I welded a couple of tabs on each end, frilled the appropriate holes and bolted it onto the roof supports. I wrapped it in pipe insulation and mounted the kolpins to the square tube.

Oh no...well, mine hasn't been a problem yet and my suspension squeaks a little too...ain't it aggravating! It's always something, but it's a lot quieter than a 4wheeler!

the squeaking from the suspension is a tough thing. I can run thru a mud puddle and it will quieten right down. I can spray it down with nothing that seems too work. I've tried all manner of lubricants and it doesn't seem to help. So i look for the nearest mud puddle i can find and have at it. I've replaced the rubber on both upper and lower A arms along with a good greasing, ground down the square ends on the springs and I still get a suspension squeak from the front end. Might try replacing the shocks but it is probably going to be money down the noise pit also.

And by the way, the 4 wheelers squeak also. Just the motor noise tends to cover it up. You don't have that on the electric cart. Maybe I need to put a tape recorder on there playing back a motor running so it will cover up the squeaking.
